After three days of excitement, All in CARAVANING 2025 successfully concluded on May 11 at the Beijing Shougang Convention & Exhibition Center. As the only daughter show of CARAVAN SALON Düsseldorf, the world's largest exhibition for motorhomes and caravans, AIC has received full support from CARAVAN SALON Düsseldorf and dedicated to bringing the pinnacle of the global RV exhibition to China. This annual international fest for the RV camping industry not only elevated the cultural experience of RV life but also delivered impressive performance numbers that injected strong momentum into the industry.
Despite continuous heavy rain on the opening day, the enthusiasm of the audience remained undiminished., ultimately attracting 18,268 visits over the course of the exhibition – an impressive 51.29% increase from the previous edition. Among them were visits from 365 international enthusiasts from 41 countries and regions including Germany, the UAE, the United States, Canada, Brazil, South Korea, Japan, South Africa, France, Dubai, Mongolia, Malaysia, Australia, and Saudi Arabia, once again underscoring AIC’s global appeal.
“Over the past 14 years, AIC has been dedicated to creating an international and professional exhibition platform for China’s RV and camping industry. This year, AIC has undergone further enhancements – with improved promotional efforts, new on-site activities, and the introduction of unique feature areas to better meet the needs of the local market”, says Stefan Koschke, Global Head Caravaning & Outdoor.
This year, the exhibition covered a total indoor and outdoor area of 27,000 square meters, providing exhibitors with a broad and efficient platform for business exchanges. A total of 100 domestic and international exhibitors showcased their latest products and innovations at the event. Booths were crowded with visitors, and the atmosphere was abuzz with deal-making, often punctuated by the celebratory sounds of ringing gongs and firing cannons. According to initial estimates, around 90% of the exhibitors received on-site orders and also secured promising future collaborations.
Mr. Yan Guanqun, Sales Manager for the East China region of LiveZone RV, commented: “We participate in AIC every year because it is an international platform that brings in many international friends. We leverage this exhibition to showcase our brand strength.”
Mr. Zhang Yizhu, General Manager of Lidu RV, expressed his delight: “This is the first time Lidu has participated in a domestic RV exhibition. During AIC, we connected with numerous overseas clients, domestic peers, and distributors. The response has been very positive so far. We hope this debut at AIC helps Lidu RV make an impactful entry into the domestic market.”
Mr. Chen Mingli, Sales Director of BJFRT RV, praised the event: “The service level of the organizers was meticulous and thoughtful. AIC was creatively designed and well-structured, which greatly enhanced our participation experience. The dual-track model combining RVs and camping is a new milestone for domestic RV exhibitions. We will continue to support AIC and look forward to greater success next year!”
Mr. Tan Zhiwei, Sales Manager of ZhongZheng RV, also highly praised AIC’s professionalism: “AIC not only built an efficient product presentation matrix but also facilitated precise resource connections, creating invaluable opportunities for deep engagement with potential global clients and high-quality dealers. This close-up business interaction greatly expanded our collaboration network and significantly boosted our brand’s exposure and influence in domestic and international markets.”
The show drew a diverse crowd, with families with children, young couples, and the silver-haired travel community made up the three major visitor demographics of the show, demonstrating that RV camping culture now spans a broader age spectrum, no longer limited to retirees. Many visitors found their dream RVs on-site and set off on the journey of their dreams.
“I did a lot of research before deciding to buy an RV, and I also attended quite a few exhibitions. However, I finally decided to place my order at the AIC show because it's a very professional and high-profile platform that would instill a strong sense of security. In other words, AIC acts as a pre-screening mechanism for quality brands beforehand so that I can purchase RV with confidence.” Mr. Liu, who bought an RV at AIC, said excitedly.
Two expert-level conferences were held concurrently with the exhibition, featuring high-level discussions on industry trends. At The Seminar on European Legal Requirements for RVs and Related Products, Mr. Tim Rüttgers, a technical expert from Caravaning Industrie Verband e.V. (CIVD), gave a systematic overview of the latest German certification standards and shared relevant regulations and market trends to help companies mitigate export risks, as they attempt to break into the European market.
At The Seminar on the Future Development of Electric RVs, attendees engaged in intense discussions on breakthroughs in electric RV technologies and future development prospects, both domestically and internationally. Participants commented that the sessions were rich in valuable content and served as excellent platforms for international technical exchanges, offering significant guidance for enterprises aiming to track industry trends and upgrade their technologies.
AIC Lab regained its status as the exhibition's “crowd magnet.” Garry from Mesas showcased his DIY pickup truck camper and shared stories about his family’s travel adventures on the off-beaten-path. Chill Planet presented a detailed overview of their product strategies, offering new perspectives on vacation experiences. The TOPFIRE VAN global collection contest energized the crowd of camping enthusiasts and RV modding fans, with lively discussions throughout the venue. At the session on lightweight overland interior design trends, speaker Li Yue used real-life cases to demonstrate space optimization and functionality, leaving the visitors enlightened and intrigued. Mr. Xie Lei’s passionate presentation on creating rituals while vacationing and living the RV life offered the visitors a true taste of “a poetic journey on wheels.”
The RV Customization Trend Festival gathered uniquely modified RVs from creative customizers like TOPFIRE, YeLuZi, XiaoLan, AMANVAN, Bombardier BRP, LIIGEAR, Shuai Zi, and Auto Maniacs. Each vehicle was a one-of-a-kind masterpiece, showcasing not just exquisite craftsmanship, but also a profound yearning for a free lifestyle. These unique custom-built RVs drew countless admiring looks and captured the attention of every passerby.
The Caravaning World test drive event was once again a resounding success. With professional guidance from Shandong Future RV’s team, both beginners and seasoned drivers had the chance to experience the thrill of reversing and maneuvering caravan dodging pylon cones. Ms. Zhang, one of the participants, shared: “I’ve been interested in caravan for a while. This hands-on trial not only gave me a real driving experience, but also deepened my understanding of the vehicle’s handling and performance. I can’t wait to start my own caravaning journey!”
German table tennis star and CIVD brand ambassador Timo Boll visited AIC for the third consecutive year. As an experienced caravanning and camping enthusiast, Mr. Boll visited the RV brands on site with great interest and had in-depth exchanges with the exhibitors. He not only played fun challenge rounds with fans, including rally circles and one-on-one matches, but also contested former Chinese national team player Yin Hang for a friendly match. Spectators exclaimed, “Watching sports at an RV show is just incredible!”
Other hot attractions included the RV Food Market, Organic Festa Market, and Creative Activity Area. The newly introduced Organic Festa Market was particularly popular, with a wide array of green products attracting large crowds. The Creative Activity Area bustled with excitement, with children and adults eagerly participating in crafts and fun games. These vibrant scenes became some of the most memorable highlights of AIC 2025.
Though the AIC show drew to close, the dreams of RV adventure sparked and tracking paths to broader horizens. AIC 2025 was not only a vivid showcase of the RV lifestyle but also a powerful resonance within the industrial ecosystem.
